Shiraz Master Class; Presented by Hylton Mclean [Honey Moon Vineyard] and Erinn Klein [Ngeringa]. Come, learn and share some ideas on what makes Shiraz "tick" in the vineyard and in the glass. A guided tasting of flavour compounds, Adelaide Hills Shiraz wines and a Northern Rhone Syrah will set the scene!
