Makes one jug
Prue’s Verjus, 500ml
Sparkling mineral water, 500ml
2 lemons, sliced (can substitute with lime)
1/2 bunch of Mint, leaves
Add Prue’s Verjus to chilled sparkling mineral water and garnish with a slice of lemon (or lime) and mint as desired.
