Has an almost medicinal aroma with good varietal cabernet character mingling with some nice smoky oak. A juicy ripeness with fine elegance is a feature. Has some merlot and cabernet franc components which add a new dimension to the wine. Meaty firm tannins with plenty of fruit weight. 92/100.
Cellar: 15 years ($130). Perfect with scotch fillet.
