This pink-tinged pinot gris has been given the works and is very complex indeed. There's a hint of Alsace in the perfumed pear-like nose, and the palate is slightly sweet and very full-on, with some grip that provides balance. If you're a fan of bland pinot grigio, this wine is probably not for you.
