Eden Valley Reds › Henry's Seven

6 June 2006, Paddy Kendler, Herald Sun

A relatively new addition to Henschke portfolio, Henry's Seven is a red blend based on shiraz with contributions from grenache, mataro and viognier. The result is absolutely delicious and though it is by no means a serious or complex dry red in the traditonal mould, it is hard not to be seduced by the luscious berry fruit flavour neatly offset by find tannin. Plush, silky and succulent, a lovely style of red.
