To mark the Henschke 2017 Single Vineyard Release, a range of the country’s top restaurants will be pouring 2017 Mount Edelstone and 2017 The Wheelwright for the months of May, June and July.
Prices will range from $60-$90 for a glass of Mount Edelstone and from $30-$50 for a glass of The Wheelwright, depending on the size of the pour.
Restaurants include Bentley Restaurant & Bar, Catalina, Hubert, Mr Wong, O Bar & Dining, One Penny Red and Tetsuya’s in New South Wales;
Society, Grill Americano, Entrecote, The Australian Club, Mahogany Room and Silks at Crown Melbourne, and Royal Mail Dunkeld in Victoria;
Blackbird, Signature at The Emporium, Cru Bar & Cellar, The Brisbane Club, Sails Restaurant Noosa, Barolos Ristorante Italiano, Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club and The Star Gold Coast in Queensland;
Arkhe Restaurant & Bar, Chianti Classico, Orso, Sky City Adelaide and The Adelaide Club in South Australia;
Hearth at The Ritz, Cooee and Lamont’s Cottesloe in Western Australia; and
Tavern 42 and Tasmanian Wine & Food in Tasmania.
