Which package did I sign up for?

Simply log in to our website with your email address and password or one-time code and select ‘Wine Club’ then ‘View Packages’. The pack you are subscribed to will display ‘Update’ rather than ‘Join’.

Can I switch subscription packages?

You are able to switch between pack types, however please note that we do process payments at the beginning of the shipping month (February, June and October), so it’s a good idea to contact our Customer Service Team at sales@henschke.com.au or +61 8 8564 8223 to change your pack before your payment is processed.

What wines will be in my shipment

Each pack is curated by us just prior to shipping, covering a range of varieties and styles for you to enjoy now with family and friends, or to add to your cellar for special occasions. You can see which wines are typically available in each pack on the ‘Subscriptions’ page.

Can I choose the wines for my shipment?

If you would like to choose your own wines, you can ‘Curate your own Henschke Selection’. This subscription allows you choose how many wines you receive, at an interval of your choice.

When will the next package be shipped?

Henschke Collectors wine club packs are shipped in February, June and October each year. We process payments at the beginning of the noted month and aim to ship the packages near the 15th.

I will be away during my next shipment, what can I do?

If you will be away during the time of shipping, you can re-route your shipment to an address that will be able to receive it on your behalf. Simply log in to our website with your email address and password or one-time code and select ‘Wine Club’ then ‘View Packages’. The pack you are subscribed to will display ‘Update’ rather than ‘Join’. From there, you can edit the shipping details for your current shipment.

Can I change the address my wine is shipped to?

If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address, Simply log in to our website with your email address and password or one-time code and select ‘Wine Club’ then ‘View Packages’. The pack you are subscribed to will display ‘Update’ rather than ‘Join’. From there, you can edit your shipping details.

Can I add more wine to my package?

If you would like to receive more wine in addition to your six-bottle case, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team at sales@henschke.com.au or +61 8 8564 8223. If you would like to add more wine to your shipment ongoing, they can help you change your subscription to ‘Curate your own Henschke Selection’.

What additional wines are available to me?

As a member of Henschke Collectors wine club, you have access to wines that are exclusive to cellar door, made from smaller parcels of fruit and available to you at special prices. Simply log in to your account and browse our online store.

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit card payments will be processed at the beginning of each shipping month (February, June and October).

Can I cancel my subscription package?

You can cancel your subscription package at any time by contacting our Customer Service Team at sales@henschke.com.au or +61 8 8564 8223.

I am done shopping. What now

You should be able to see your shopping bag in the top right-hand corner of the site; click on this icon to proceed to checkout.

When will my items arrive?

We ship our online orders twice weekly, with Australia Post. Due to our winery’s remote location, please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

What are the shipping costs?

We ship locally and internationally. Within Australia we charge a $15.00 flat shipping rate. Domestic orders of $240.00 or more will receive complimentary shipping. For international rates, please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@henschke.com.au or +61 8 8564 8223.
