Which package did I sign up for?
Simply sign in with your email address and password and click on ‘Welcome Back’ (under your Subscriptions); your subscription type will be displayed here.
Can I switch subscription packages?
You are able to switch between package types, but note that we do process payments at the beginning of the shipping month (February, June and October), so remember to switch before this time.
What wines will be in my shipment?
Each package will be curated by the Henschke family just prior to mail-out; we’re confident that you’ll be delighted with the wines you receive.
Can I choose the wines for my shipment?
We uphold our promise to send you the best and most exclusive wines we have to offer. The Henschke family will curate each package just prior to mail-out.
When will the next package be shipped?
Henschke Wine Club Collector packages are shipped in February, June and October each year. We process payments at the beginning of the noted month and aim to ship the packages near the 15th.
I will be away during my next shipment, what can I do?
If you will be away during the time of shipping, you can re-route your shipment to an address that will be able to receive it on your behalf. Simply log in and edit the shipping details for your current shipment.
Can I change the address my wine is shipped to?
If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address you can do this by logging in to your account and editing the shipping address.
Can I add more wine to my package?
If you’d like to receive more wine in addition to your six-bottle case, please feel free to contact our team at email@example.com or on +61 8 8564 8223.
What additional wines are available to me?
As a Henschke Wine Club Collector you have access to exclusive wines made from smaller parcels of fruit, and some are available to you at special prices. Simply log in to your account and view the online store.
When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards will be processed at the beginning of each shipping month (February, June and October).
Can I cancel my subscription package?
You can cancel your subscription package at any time by logging in to your online account and going to the ‘My Subscriptions’ section. From here you can manage your subscription and cancellation. Alternatively please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +61 8 8564 8223.

You can see your shopping bag in the top right-hand corner of the site; click on this icon to proceed to checkout.
When will my items arrive?
We ship purchases from our Cellar Door twice a week.
What are the shipping costs?
We ship locally and internationally. Within Australia we charge a $10.00 flat shipping rate. Domestic orders of $250.00 or more will receive free shipping. For international rates, please contact our Cellar Door Manager, Megan Curren at email@example.com or +61 8 8564 8223.
