Becoming a Henschke Cellar Member is easy. Simply create an account using a valid email address here. A purchase is not required to join our membership program, however you will need to be subscribed to our email marketing in order to earn membership benefits.

Members can accumulate spend towards the Henschke Cellar Membership Program by making a purchase:

Your Henschke Cellar Membership anniversary date is based on the date you join or the date you are upgraded to a new tier. Each membership term runs for 12 months. If you reach a higher tier during your membership term through eligible purchases, you will be upgraded immediately. To retain this tier for the next 12-month period, you must meet the required spend.
Please note: You must be subscribed to Henschke email marketing to receive your membership benefits. If you unsubscribe at any time, you will lose access to these benefits. When you resubscribe, access to the perks associated with your previous tier will be reinstated, provided you had met the required spend to remain in that tier.
Please log in to your Henschke account to view your membership rewards and anniversary date, and to check how long your rewards remain valid.
Membership rewards (perks) are not transferable and can only be used by the member. Your rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, wine or other Henschke Experiences.

To maintain your membership status, you must remain subscribed to our email marketing. If you unsubscribe, your membership will automatically revert to the Bronze Cellar Member tier. If you re-subscribe within your current anniversary period, you will return to the tier you held prior to unsubscribing.
Please also ensure you are signed in to your Henschke account on our website to receive member pricing at checkout. We are unable to apply member pricing once your order has been processed. We will not provide credits or refunds after an order is placed.
