The evening’s Barossa-sourced menu will be created by the Barossa’s own Daniel Murphy, Executive Chef of Appellation at The Louise, and served on stage at The Odeon theatre in Norwood, while Helpmann Award-winning dancer Kimball Wong performs a bespoke choreographic work by Artistic Director Garry Stewart. This remarkable evening will celebrate 150 years of Henschke family winemaking and 50 years of the Australian Dance Theatre: two South Australian icons creating history with a pioneering spirit and thirst for innovation.
