Our team takes great care in packing your wine, so it is protected on its journey to you. Our Henschke packaging and gift boxes are fully recyclable to help reduce our carbon footprint.
We offer standard shipping across Australia on all purchases made at our Cellar Door, via our website, over the phone and email. Shipments are sent via Australia Post Wine & Alcohol Delivery Service and tracking notifications are provided once orders have been dispatched from our winery.
Due to our winery’s regional location, please allow up to two weeks for delivery, or longer if extreme hot weather is anticipated. If you require your wines to be delivered urgently, please contact our customer service team.
We ship Henschke wines to a number of counties via Get Freighted. For international shipping enquiries, please contact our customer service team.
What is the cost for shipping?
We charge a flat shipping rate of $20 within Australia. For domestic orders of $300 or more, shipping is complimentary. For international shipping rates, please contact our customer service team.
When will my order arrive?
We ship orders twice weekly with Australia Post. Due to our winery’s regional location, please allow up to two weeks for delivery. For additional support with your order, contact our customer service team.
What is your heat delivery policy?
To ensure your wines arrive in the same condition as they leave our winery, we do not ship orders when the weather forecast is over 31∞C in South Australia or the receiving state. You will be notified if your order is impacted.
Can I change my address after I’ve placed an order on your website?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order.
My order has arrived, but it is damaged or faulty. What should I do?
If your order is faulty, damaged or not what you purchased, please contact our customer service team. Please keep any contents and packaging for our quality assusrance and insurance purposes.
